Refund Policy
At Taxbos, we are committed to providing premium, transparent, and prompt corporate advisory, taxation, and company registration services. We pride ourselves on the caliber of our professional deliverables and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Because our services involve direct professional labor, customized legal documentation, and external government fee disbursements, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the parameters governing cancellations and refund claims.
1. Principles of Refund Processing
Every service engagement handled by Taxbos is divided into two financial categories:
- Professional Advisory & Documentation Fees: Compensation allocated to our team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Legal Consultants for document verification, name reservation research, drafting MOA/AOA, and return preparation.
- Statutory Government Fees & Challans: Monies paid directly to governmental bodies including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), and Trademark Registry.
Important Disbursement Rule: Once a statutory payment, challan, stamp duty, or DSC certificate generation has been executed on a government or certifying authority portal, that specific portion of fees is completely non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility Matrix
Refund requests are evaluated depending upon the progress stage of your service assignment:
3. Scenarios Ineligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- Client Non-Responsiveness: If the client fails to provide mandatory KYC documents, signature verifications, OTP authentications, or registered address utility bills within thirty (30) calendar days of payment.
- Deficient or Forged Documents: If a government agency rejects an application on account of forged, altered, or fraudulent identity proofs submitted by the client.
- Change of Mind Post-Filing: If the client decides to discontinue a business venture or alter company formation plans after statutory forms (such as SPICe+ Part B) have been prepared and signed.
- Third-Party Regulatory Rejections Beyond Control: If a proposed company name or trademark is rejected by the Registrar of Companies or Trademark Examiner despite exhaustive preliminary clearance searches, free resubmission assistance will be provided, but fees will not be refunded.
4. Refund Procedure & Timeline
If you believe you qualify for a refund according to the terms specified above:
- Submit a Written Request: Send an email from your registered account to taxbosadvisory@gmail.com with the subject line:
